Democrats and their media toadies have a new martyr to rally around after the acting Social Security Administration (SSA) commissioner quit rather than cooperate with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in its efforts to root out waste and fraud.
Michelle King resigned after refusing to provide “sensitive” information to DOGE team members according to the usual anonymous sources cited by the Washington Post which reported that “she left her job this weekend after a clash with billionaire Elon Musk’s U.S. DOGE Service over their attempts to access sensitive government records.”

The 30-year agency veteran was named as its acting commissioner last month while Frank Bisignano who was picked by President Donald J. Trump to head up the SAA awaits Senate confirmation. The White House expects Bisignano to be “swiftly confirmed in the coming weeks,” said Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields.
“In the meantime, the agency will be led by a career Social Security anti-fraud expert as the acting commissioner,” Fields said. “President Trump is committed to appointing the best and most qualified individuals who are dedicated to working on behalf of the American people, not to appease the bureaucracy that has failed them for far too long.”
With King’s departure, Trump has reportedly appointed Leland Dudek to lead the agency until Bisignano is confirmed. Dudek has been a manager in charge of the SSA’s fraud investigation office, and there is plenty of fraud that could soon be uncovered after a stunning revelation by Musk, that tens of millions of dead people are still shown as alive in the agency database.
According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE!

In a table shared with X by the Tesla/SpaceX CEO, more than 20 million numbers belonging to people over 100 years old are active in the database, which could be “the biggest fraud in history” according to the DOGE boss.
The numbers in the table include 3,627,007 from the age of 110-119, 3,472,849 aged 120-129, 3,936,311 in the 130-139 years old range, 3,542,044 aged 140-149 and 1,345,083 from 150-159. Another couple of thousand are over 200 years old with one listed for 360-369.
“According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE! Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security,” Musk wrote.
While it is unclear whether there are actual checks going out to the undead, it’s important to note that a Social Security number is the ticket to obtaining access to U.S. society including driver’s licenses, bank accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and voter registration.
The REAL reason so many Democrats are upset about entitlements (social security, medical, etc) fraud investigations is that they are using your taxpayer money as handouts to attract and retain ILLEGAL immigrants. Their future voters.
That’s what it’s all about.
Truth.

“At this point, I am 100% certain that the magnitude of the fraud in federal entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Disability, etc) exceeds the combined sum of every private scam you’ve ever heard by FAR,” Musk wrote in a post to X last week. “It’s not even close.”
In other DOGE-related news, a federal judge declined to block the agency from gaining access to Department of Education data on student borrowers.

U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss ruled late Monday that the University of California Student Association (USCA) which brought the suit didn’t show sufficient irreparable harm to merit the temporary restraining order, the weapon of choice used by Democrat lawfare goons to abuse the legal system to prevent Trump and Musk from uncovering evidence of widespread corruption.
“Because the Court concludes that UCSA has failed to clear that essential hurdle, the Court’s analysis also ends there,” wrote the Obama appointee in the ruling which came down late Monday night.
“The Court leaves for another day consideration of whether USCA has standing to sue and has stated a claim upon which relief may be granted. Those questions are less clear cut and are better answered on a more complete record,” he continued.
“ED and DOGE staffers are obligated to use UCSA members’ information for lawful purposes within the mission of the Department of Education and to keep it confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Act, tax laws, and other federal law,” Judge Moss ruled.
