Former President Donald Trump sat for a wide-ranging interview with Fox News’s Howard Kurtz who repeatedly fact-checked him throughout the lengthy discussion.
During the pre-taped “Media Bizz” interview which aired Sunday, Kurtz cut in to fact-check comments by the Republican presidential nominee as they discussed topics ranging from Haitian migrants in Springfield, Ohio to the Jan. 6, 2021, US Capitol riot.
One of those moments came after Trump had discussed the Jan. 6 events and the “60 Minutes” interview with Vice President Kamala Harris and the backlash the network has faced over an edited clip of her response.
Trump’s interview with Howard Kurtz was deeply disappointing. Kurtz showed clear bias throughout, favoring Kamala Harris instead of maintaining journalistic integrity. During a break in the Fox News interview, Kurtz informed his viewers that “60 Minutes showed a promo clip of Vice President Harris giving one answer to a question on another show and broadcasting a different answer to the same question. Nancy Pelosi said she never received a National Guard offer from Trump on January 6, though he was involved in some National Guard discussions in earlier days.”
The former president gave a more detailed response to the January 6 Capitol riot.
“A small group of people went down to the capital and then a lot of strange things happened, including police ushering them into the capital, you know that. So I’m not referring to that, what I’m saying is what I saw that day was a tremendous crowd in front of these beautiful monuments, it was a protest…there was nobody killed, nobody had guns here either,” Trump said.
“There were people with guns,” Kurtz interjected.
“Really? I’d like to know…Really, I have not heard that at all. No. I don’t think so. They had no guns,” Trump pushed back.
Kurtz jumped in with a fact-check again after that clip as the show went to commercial break.
“To clarify, police did not usher protesters into the Capitol. They were totally overrun, though in some cases they may have beaten a tactical retreat. Donald Trump continues to argue as you know that the last election was rigged though that’s never been proven in any of the lawsuits filed,” he told viewers.
Kurtz capped off his biased commentary with a wrap-up after the interview clips had aired.
“After our interview, Donald Trump flew to Pennsylvania, Arnold Palmer’s hotel, where he discussed golfer’s – size of his manhood, dismissed Kamala Harris with a curse word, and asked the old Reagan question, “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?” The vice president was in Atlanta, where she made the case for abortion rights, said Trump lacked compassion, and was joined by the family of a Georgia woman who died and didn’t receive proper medical care due to abortion restrictions,” Kurtz told viewers.
While Trump haters celebrated the Fox News host’s fact-checks, many social media users blasted Kurtz for the biased interview and commentary.
So Kurtz tries to beat down Trump, puffs up Kamala and then props up his buddy Bret Baier, all of which speaks volumes about Kurtz, Baier and of course, Fox News, Paul Ryan.

The comparison between @realDonaldTrump and the grumpy old men of main stream media grows more obvious by the day.

And this is why no one is watching @FoxNews anymore. I haven’t watched since election night 2020

Howard closes his biased democrat propaganda session today by saying he hopes it left you better informed. And it did! I’m better informed about how much of a Trump hating communist Kurtz truly is.
