More winning!

The left drowned in another meltdown as President-elect Donald Trump tapped a Pentagon leader and plans to “dismantle Government Bureaucracy” with a pair of familiar names.

Billionaire Elon Musk and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will be co-leading a new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as they work to “dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies,” according to an announcement Tuesday by the incoming president.

“It will become, potentially, ‘The Manhattan Project’ of our time,” the announcement said. “Republican politicians have dreamed about the objectives of ‘DOGE’ for a very long time.”

The duo will give “advice and guidance from outside of Government, and will partner with the White House and Office of Management & Budget to drive large scale structural reform, and create an entrepreneurial approach to Government never seen before.”

“I look forward to Elon and Vivek making changes to the Federal Bureaucracy with an eye on efficiency and, at the same time, making life better for all Americans. Importantly, we will drive out the massive waste and fraud which exists throughout our annual $6.5 Trillion Dollars of Government Spending,” Trump added.

“They will work together to liberate our Economy, and make the US Government accountable to ‘WE THE PEOPLE.’ Their work will conclude no later than July 4, 2026 – A smaller Government, with more efficiency and less bureaucracy, will be the perfect gift to America on the 250th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence. I am confident they will succeed!” Trump said.

Musk reminded that “those who waste taxpayer funds cannot be allowed to keep doing so without consequences.”

Ramaswamy confirmed that the new position meant that ‘I’m withdrawing myself from consideration for the pending Senate appointment in Ohio. Whoever Governor DeWine appoints to JD’s seat has some big shoes to fill. I will help them however I can.”

“We will not go gently, Elon Musk,” he wrote in a post on X reacting to Trump’s announcement.

While many Americans on social media celebrated the bold move, the left had a meltdown.

“The Office of Government Efficiency is off to a great start with split leadership: two people to do the work of one person,” Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren wrote. “Yeah, this seems REALLY efficient.”

But to add to the liberal heads exploding, Trump also nominated Fox News’s Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense.

Warren again chimed in only to be eviscerated in the comments.

“When I saw it, I thought The AP (Associated Press) must have been hacked,” former CNN anchor DOn Lemon said in a video. “But Pete Hegseth? The morning, weekend host on Fox News? Come on.”

MSNBC’s Joy Reid was even more disrespectful, calling Trump’s cabinet a “clown car.”
