“Fox and Friends Weekend” co-host Will Cain will replace Neil Cavuto in the 4:00 p.m. EST hour during weekdays, Fox News announced Monday as part of a programming shuffle.
Cavuto announced his departure from the network on Dec. 19 after nearly three decades after the two parties failed to agree to a new contract. Cain’s program will debut on Jan. 21, the network said in a release that announced other programming decisions. ‘They Got Problems’: Fox News Contributor Warns Trump Against Making Canada 51st State Due To Far-Left Programs

“It has been an honor to wake up with America these past four years and I am thrilled to apply my background in news, law, entertainment and business to help our viewers better understand the headlines through thought-provoking content and analysis every weekday afternoon,” Cain said in the release.
Prior to the 2024 election, Cain co-hosted “Fox and Friends Weekend” alongside Secretary of Defense-designate Pete Hegseth and Rachel Campos-Duffy, the wife of former Republican Rep. Sean Duffy of Wisconsin, who was a Fox Business host and was nominated by President-elect Donald Trump to serve as secretary of Transportation.
Charles Hurt will replace Cain as a “Fox and Friends Weekend” co-host alongside Campos-Duffy starting Saturday, according to the Fox News release. Hurt, the opinion editor at The Washington Times, will step down from that role, according to Fox News.
The Network also announced that Fox Business host Dagen McDowell will join an expanded two-hour version of “The Big Money Report” that will air from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST on weekdays starting Jan. 27, while the weekend programs “The Fox Report” and “The Big Weekend Show” will both expand to two hours starting Saturday.
