A conservative government watchdog group, Democracy Restored, has formally requested that the Arkansas State Bar open an investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The group is urging the Bar to scrutinize whether Clinton’s conduct during the 2016 presidential election—particularly her role in the now-debunked Russia collusion narrative against Donald Trump—violates the state’s legal ethics rules. The complaint, filed this week, marks a bold call for accountability and a test of the legal community’s willingness to uphold professional standards, regardless of political clout.
Citing the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct, Democracy Restored focuses on alleged breaches related to “Dishonesty” and “Prejudice to the Administration of Justice.” The filing demands a “formal review of the conduct of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas, in connection with her actions during the 2016 presidential campaign.”
This move follows the release of new documents from the Senate Judiciary Committee, which were previously classified. These documents shine fresh light on the inner workings of what has become known as “Russiagate”—an elaborate scheme designed to falsely tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russian operatives in an attempt to undermine his campaign and later his presidency.
The complaint highlights a particularly damning revelation from these newly declassified files. According to an annex referenced in the filing, Clinton allegedly approved a plan by a campaign advisor to circulate false information. The objective? To “smear” Donald Trump and distract the public from her own legal troubles related to her private email server.
“This revelation demands an already overdue inquiry into Clinton’s fitness as a member of the Arkansas Bar,” the complaint insists. It details how her campaign reportedly funneled unverified, unvetted opposition research to both the media and federal law enforcement. The infamous Steele dossier—a product of a former British spy with no credible evidence—was used as the basis for surveillance against Trump campaign associates and ignited years of partisan attacks and investigations.
“If there is one political scandal synonymous with the 2016 election, it is Operation Crossfire Hurricane,” a Democracy Restored director told Fox News Digital. “Former Secretary Clinton’s utilization of a bunk dossier by a foreign ex-spy to harm a political opponent violates basic ethical norms as well as the Arkansas Bar’s own rules of conduct for attorneys.”
While the complaint admits that Clinton has not been criminally charged—yet—it stresses that the legal profession is bound by higher ethical standards. As the American Bar Association outlines, lawyers must not commit actions that reflect negatively on their honesty, trustworthiness, or overall fitness to practice law. “Recently released records have again increased the prospect of a federal investigation into her conduct,” Democracy Restored noted.
The Arkansas Supreme Court’s Office of Professional Conduct confirmed to Fox News Digital that it had received the complaint Wednesday morning. A spokesperson stated it “will be processed as all complaints are,” though whether the politically charged nature of the filing influences the speed or seriousness of the investigation remains to be seen.
This latest complaint lands amid broader efforts by conservatives to expose the weaponization of federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies against political opponents. The news comes just one day after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revoked security clearances for 37 current and former intelligence officials, citing concerns over the politicization and manipulation of intelligence data—many of whom were involved in promoting the Trump-Russia narrative.
The ball is now in the Arkansas Bar’s court—will they uphold the rule of law, or protect one of the political elite?

Good luck with this! The State Bar is more than likely filled with leftists, just like the main Lawyers Bar Association. This organization is just another corrupted organization by the left, just like the psychologist, and psychiatrist organizations. These clowns have pushed the fake ADHD, and changed the underlying cause of Transgender.
