Kamala Harris admits a Fox News mole leaked election night data to her team

by

In a jaw-dropping moment on ABC’s The View this week, former Vice President Kamala Harris made a revelation that has stunned political observers and sparked outrage among conservative circles. Harris suggested that her team was fed internal election-night data by someone inside the Fox News “war room.”

During a segment promoting her new book, Harris reflected on the tense night of the 2024 election — the same election that ended her political career after a stunning defeat to President Donald J. Trump and the Republican ticket.

Harris recounted how her husband, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, had just returned from a Pennsylvania campaign stop with her brother-in-law. Despite on-the-ground optimism, the mood quickly shifted.

“He had been out campaigning with my brother-in-law in Pennsylvania, and we met back up in D.C., and I remember him being a little out of sorts,” Harris said. “But on his way back from a rally where there was an incredible amount of enthusiasm, people on the ground were like, ‘We got it, we got it, we’re gonna do this.’”

The twist came when Harris casually dropped the following bombshell:

“Then they talked with a mutual friend of ours who was over at Fox News, in the war room, who had been hearing about data that suggested things were not looking great in Pennsylvania.”

That “mutual friend,” according to Harris, was embedded inside Fox News’ private election-night operations — a room typically reserved for analysts and executives monitoring real-time polling, exit data, and internal projections.

Shortly after receiving this unofficial “intel,” Emhoff reportedly stepped into the shower and, in Harris’s words, “prayed it was not gonna be a bad night.”

Harris also revealed she hadn’t even discussed that night with her husband until writing her book, describing the experience as emotionally scarring:

“It was that traumatic,” she said.

While mainstream media coverage of the interview downplayed the implications, conservatives on social media were quick to sound the alarm.

“This is why we don’t trust Fox,” one pro-Trump account posted on X, earning over 4,000 likes within hours. Others questioned whether Fox News has been playing both sides of the aisle behind closed doors.

If Harris’s story holds water, it suggests a serious breach of internal protocol at one of the most influential media organizations in the country. The Fox News “decision desk” and war room are supposed to be secure zones, walled off from outside political influence. Any suggestion that insiders were leaking sensitive election data to political operatives — particularly those aligned with the Democratic Party — would be a massive blow to Fox’s credibility with its conservative base.

So far, Fox News has not responded publicly to Harris’s comments.

Kamala Harris’s offhand remark may have been meant as a passing anecdote, but its implications are far from trivial. If even partially true, it reveals a behind-the-scenes political-media alliance that betrays the trust of millions of viewers.

  1. First, we all know how Kamala lies so if we don’t have a name it didn’t happen. Second, not to FOX quit calling it a War Room. Nothing about this is a war. Having been there tis is an insult to all that have actually been in a war.

  2. Well, if this alleged embedded snitch caused them discomfort, that’s a good thing. Still not good for Fox.
