Trump debuts new presidential portrait wall with legit autopen pic in Biden’s place!

President Donald J. Trump unveiled a striking new installation at the White House on Wednesday: the Presidential Walk of Fame. Lining the storied West Wing Colonnade are portraits of America’s 45 presidents — each framed in gold — with one glaring exception.

Instead of featuring a traditional portrait of Joe Biden, Trump’s display offers a blunt visual jab: a photograph of an autopen machine, used frequently during Biden’s presidency to sign documents in his name. The message is unmistakable — and the political ramifications are already rippling.

“The Presidential Walk of Fame has arrived on the West Wing Colonnade. Wait for it…” tweeted Trump special assistant Margo Martin, sharing a slow pan of the display that begins with George Washington and ends with Trump — and the now-infamous autopen.

Trump, 79, personally inspected the final touches on the colonnade’s newest addition, according to a photo released by the official White House X account. The display extends along the West Wing corridor connecting the residence to key workspaces, including the Oval Office.

The move didn’t come out of nowhere. For weeks, it had been rumored that Trump’s White House was planning a provocative portrayal of Biden, and resurfacing work on the colonnade wall recently confirmed the installation was imminent.

Trump has repeatedly highlighted Biden’s reliance on autopens, questioning whether senior Democratic aides exploited the technology to rubber-stamp key decisions without meaningful oversight from the president himself.

And those concerns aren’t merely speculative. Internal Biden administration emails, including correspondence from the Department of Justice, revealed anxiety over whether President Biden even reviewed mass clemency documents signed via autopen in January — a staggering revelation.

Although Biden was forced to bow out of the 2024 race under immense pressure from within his own party, he has maintained that he was fully aware and authorized the autopen’s use.

Legally, signatures produced by autopen do carry full authority — but only if genuinely authorized. Critics argue that’s a gray area Biden may not have navigated with clarity or competence.

This latest update to the Executive Mansion is part of a broader initiative by Trump to restore grandeur and gravitas to the People’s House — renovations that many Americans see as overdue.

Recent changes under Trump’s second term include:

  • Construction of a new East Wing ballroom
  • Gilded enhancements to the Oval Office and Cabinet Room
  • A revamped Palm Room lobby
  • Patio installation in place of worn sod in the Rose Garden
  • Major flagpoles added to both North and South Lawns
  • A complete bathroom renovation in the Lincoln Bedroom

As Trump supporters hailed the Walk of Fame as a visually powerful tribute to presidential history, critics from the Obama-era bureaucracy were quick to attack the update.

Pete Souza, the former chief photographer for both Reagan and Obama, blasted the aesthetic on Instagram, claiming it turned the White House into the “northern Mar-a-Lago.”

“The current occupant of the Oval Office is ruining the look of the White House colonnade,” Souza fumed. “I find it personally appalling that he is ruining the People’s House in so many ways.”

It’s a take that mirrors the mainstream media’s tone: panicked, nostalgic for the D.C. status quo — and thoroughly unbothered by four years of executive absenteeism under Biden.
