At a CNN town hall Wednesday night, self-proclaimed democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez joined forces with her ideological comrade Bernie Sanders for a progressive pity party disguised as a public forum. Predictably, things took a nosedive into identity politics when AOC launched into yet another over-the-top tirade — this time, accusing Republicans of brainwashing young men into becoming domineering bigots.
According to Ocasio-Cortez, conservatives are “radicalizing and exploiting young boys,” steering them away from “healthy masculinity and into an insecure masculinity that requires the domination of others who are poorer, browner, darker, or a different gender than them.” Translation: She thinks your average young Republican male is just a few YouTube videos away from becoming a violent misogynist — because obviously, that’s the only reason someone wouldn’t vote for her.
Guy Benson hit back with the reality check most Americans are thinking:
“This sort of identity scolding is WHY young men (including ‘poorer, browner, darker’ ones) have run screaming from her party.”
Conservative Latino leader Daniel Garza chimed in with even more clarity — and a fair amount of justified exasperation:
“Wait, so @AOC sees us browner, poorer folk being dominated by young insecure masculine boys? So sick of leftists and their condescending savior complex projecting their bigotry of low expectations.”

The Democrats have learned nothing from their losses — instead of listening to voters, they sneer at them. Instead of offering solutions, they offer smug lectures about how awful you are if you don’t buy into their worldview. And if you’re a working-class man, especially one who doesn’t check the “white and wealthy” box? You’re either a victim or an oppressor in their eyes — and never someone capable of independent thought.
Let’s be honest: The modern Left isn’t interested in building up men of any background. They’re too busy tearing down anything resembling traditional values — faith, family, self-reliance — and replacing it with a toxic stew of identity politics and victimhood.
