‘How dare you!’ Nicki Minaj, Don Lemon escalate nasty feud: ‘I want that thug in jail!’

by

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day—a holiday meant to honor peace, faith, and civil rights—former CNN anchor Don Lemon instead delivered a profanity-laced social media tirade, lashing out at rapper Nicki Minaj after she condemned his role in a left-wing church disruption that horrified families and children.

Lemon, already disgraced after his CNN exit, has spent the week scrambling to defend himself after joining radical activists who stormed Cities Church in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area during Sunday worship services. The group livestreamed the confrontation as parishioners—including women and children—were visibly shaken. Legal experts note that disrupting a religious service can constitute a federal civil rights violation, potentially exposing participants to serious consequences.

Rather than express remorse, Lemon doubled down. After Minaj publicly blasted him on X, Lemon responded with an unhinged Instagram rant, personally attacking the rapper and even dragging her family into the fray.

“Nicki Minaj, stop talking about sh*t for which you know nothing about. This is out of your out of your depth by the way, and you are a homophobic bigot,” he said. “You don’t care about African-Americans, you’re not an African-American. From what I know you are reportedly an undocumented citizen, so you should be deported under Donald Trump’s rules.”

Lemon didn’t stop there. He also alleged that Minaj’s husband is a “sex offender” and claimed she has a “pedophile” in her family.

“You have the nerve to talk about me and what you think that I do?” Lemon said. “Nicki Minaj, get a life.”

The former CNN host is openly gay and framed his remarks as a response to what he characterized as Minaj’s attacks—though critics argue his language crossed every imaginable line.

Minaj’s outrage stemmed from Lemon’s involvement in the church invasion, where activists harassed a pastor and worshippers during prayer. In a profanity-filled post, the rap superstar accused Lemon of targeting Christians in a way he would never dare try with other religions.

“Don C*ck suckin’ Lemon is disgusting. How dare you?” Minaj wrote in an all-caps post accompanied by an image of a Chucky doll. “I want that thug in jail!!!!! He would never do that to any other religion. Lock him up!!!!!”

She later shared a heartbreaking image of a frightened child being comforted by his parents inside the church. “The world is watching,” she wrote.

In another post, again featuring the Chucky doll—this time holding a butcher knife and raising a middle finger—Minaj made it clear she was deliberately provoking media attention to expose Lemon’s behavior.

“LOL!!! And I purposely wrote it that way b/c I knew that would be the only way to get the cock suckas to post about it. They would’ve all collectively ignored the despicable behavior displayed by Lemon head,” she wrote. “I’m glad they’re angry. They’re about to get angrier.”

Instead of backing off, Lemon went on a podcast with left-wing provocateur Jennifer Welch, where he mocked the very churchgoers whose service he disrupted.

“They’re entitled, white supremacists,” Lemon sneered, suggesting they deserved the harassment.

That comment only intensified backlash, particularly among conservatives who see the incident as a blatant assault on religious freedom and the First Amendment’s protection of worship—not protest—inside houses of faith.

Lemon’s actions have now caught the attention of the Trump Justice Department. Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon issued a sharp warning, signaling that the matter is being taken seriously.

“A house of worship is not a public forum for your protest! It is a space protected from exactly such acts by federal criminal and civil laws! Nor does the First Amendment protect your pseudo journalism of disrupting a prayer service. You are on notice!” Dhillon said in a Sunday night post to X.

  3. Everytime that Lemon head is caught doing something against someone he cries homophobia, or racism! That’s all this pampered, scuzzbucket can do.
Just as all the leftists do, they assault, attack, murder, riot, destroy, rape, and harass, then yell victim. Time to give the undertaker’s association plenty of business.
