The Justice Department quietly released a small batch of FBI interview notes Thursday tied to the sprawling investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein—documents that revive decades-old, unproven allegations involving President Donald Trump.
The newly disclosed records summarize interviews conducted in 2019 with a woman who claimed that both Epstein and Trump sexually assaulted her when she was underage. Her identity was redacted in the documents, and the allegations described in the interviews remain unsubstantiated by investigators.
The notes were not part of the initial massive release of more than three million pages of Epstein-related records. That earlier disclosure contained thousands of references to Trump’s name but also held back a number of files. Reports from NPR and The Washington Post later indicated that some withheld material included claims alleging misconduct involving the president.
Now, after what officials say was an internal review, the Justice Department says several documents were mistakenly classified as duplicates and therefore not released the first time around.
According to a DOJ statement, investigators reviewing the Epstein file archive discovered that a number of FBI “302” interview summaries had been improperly coded.
“What we found through extensive review is that a published 302 – additionally disclosed in a published spreadsheet – had subsequent 302s that were coded as ‘duplicative,’” the department said. “After this was brought to our attention, we reviewed the entire batch with the similar coding and discovered 15 documents were incorrectly coded as duplicative.”
Among those were three sets of FBI notes summarizing interviews with the woman making the allegations.
The department also said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida determined that five internal prosecution memos previously marked as privileged could now be made public.
The woman told investigators that she had contact with Epstein as a teenager between the ages of 13 and 15 during the 1980s.
In one account recorded in the FBI notes, she claimed Epstein once transported her from his island to either New York or New Jersey, where she said she met Trump.
The interview transcript states:
“[NAME REDACTED] recalled at least one incident in which EPSTEIN took her off of the Island when she was between 13 to 15 years old. He drove her and/or flew her to either New York or New Jersey. She was, ‘introduced to someone with money, money… It was Donald Trump.’”
The woman said the meeting occurred in what she described as a tall building with large rooms where Epstein, Trump, and several other people were present.
She told investigators Trump appeared to dislike her immediately.
“TRUMP did not like [NAME REDACTED], ‘from the get-go, he didn’t like that I was a boy-girl’ (referencing a tomboy).”
The FBI summary states that the other individuals in the room eventually left after Trump asked them to do so.
“[NAME REDACTED] could not recall the identities of the other individuals present; however, they all exited when TRUMP asked everyone to leave the room.”
The notes then recount the woman’s claim that Trump made a disturbing remark before allegedly exposing himself.
“TRUMP mentioned something to the effect of, ‘Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be.’ TRUMP unzipped his pants and put head, ‘down to his penis’.”
The woman told investigators she reacted violently.
“[NAME REDACTED], ‘bit the shit out of it.’ TRUMP struck [NAME REDACTED] and said words to the effect of, ‘get this little bitch the hell out of here.’”
According to the interview notes, other people then returned to the room.
The woman told investigators she bit him because, in her words, “he disgusted her.”
“He had money, it reeked off of him.”
The report also notes that she remembered seeing “a blond beautiful woman” nearby at some point.
During the interview, the woman also offered her personal impression of the relationship between Epstein and Trump.
She said she believed Trump was sometimes jealous of Epstein, though she claimed their relationship later appeared more equal.
“[NAME REDACTED] got the feeling the relationship between EPSTEIN and TRUMP included a certain amount of jealousy. She thought TRUMP appeared jealous of EPSTEIN, but at some point, they ended up on level playing fields.”
The woman also alleged that both men occasionally used certain phrases when discussing young women.
“TRUMP and EPSTEIN sometimes used the terms ‘fresh meat’, ‘untainted’ and ‘not jaded’ while referring to girls.”
She told investigators she did not understand the phrase “not jaded” at the time and only later looked up the word.
The woman said she had two additional encounters with Trump but asked agents to move on to another topic during the interview before discussing them in detail.
The same interview notes also contain unrelated allegations made by the woman regarding Trump’s business dealings.
According to the document:
“She heard him (TRUMP) talking about washing money through casinos.”
She also claimed Trump had “illegal building permits.”
Investigators did not verify those claims.
Importantly, the FBI documents released Thursday are simply summaries of interviews—not findings of fact. The allegations described in them have not been corroborated by investigators, and no charges or evidence confirming the claims are included in the files.
Trump has consistently and forcefully denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein or the allegations contained in the documents.

Left out of this story is the FACT the woman in this article is a known criminal and is presently facing fraud among several other charges.
