President Donald Trump stepped squarely into a simmering media feud Sunday night, delivering a forceful defense of conservative radio star and Fox News host Mark Levin, whom he praised as a fearless patriot unfairly targeted by critics.
Posting a lengthy message on Truth Social, Trump declared that Levin—long known to fans as “The Great One”—is being attacked by people who simply cannot measure up.
“Mark Levin, a truly Great American Patriot, is somewhat under siege by other people with far less Intellect, Capability, and Love for our Country,” Trump wrote.
The president didn’t hold back in praising Levin’s intellect and backbone.
“Mark is Tough, Strong, and Brilliant, hence the nickname, ‘THE GREAT ONE,’ conceived by our MAGA friend, the wonderful Sean Hannity.”
Trump’s public show of support came just hours after a fresh escalation in the ongoing clash between Levin and commentator Megyn Kelly.
Kelly took a particularly harsh shot at Levin, referring to him as “Micropenis Mark.” Her jab followed Levin’s earlier blistering critique of her, in which he labeled Kelly an “emotionally unhinged, lewd, and petulant wreck.”
The feud has been simmering for months, fueled largely by disagreements over foreign policy and Trump’s military stance toward Iran.
Kelly recently criticized Trump’s strike on Iran during Operation Epic Fury, arguing on March 2 that the conflict was essentially “Israel’s war” and claiming, “Mark Levin wanted it.”
Without mentioning Kelly by name, Trump made it clear where his loyalties lie. In his Sunday message, the president warned that critics attacking Levin would ultimately fade into irrelevance. “Those that speak ill of Mark will quickly fall by the wayside, as do the people whose ideas, policies, and footings are not sound,” Trump wrote.
He also tied the defense directly to the broader MAGA movement and the administration’s hardline stance on Iran.
“THEY ARE NOT MAGA, I AM, and MAGA includes not allowing Iran, a Sick, Demented, and Violent Terrorist Regime, to have a Nuclear Weapon to blow up the United States of America, the Middle East and, ultimately, the rest of the World.”
“MAGA is about stopping them cold, and that is exactly what we are doing.”
Trump accused Levin’s critics of acting out of resentment rather than principle. “When you hear others unfairly attack Mark, remember that they are jealous and angry Human Beings, whose ‘sway’ is much less than the Public understands, and will, now that they know where I stand, rapidly diminish.”
The defense was hardly surprising to longtime observers of Trump’s political orbit. Levin, the host of Life, Liberty & Levin, has emerged as one of the president’s most vocal defenders in the media. At a Hanukkah celebration last December, Levin even praised Trump as the “first Jewish president,” a remark that drew widespread attention among supporters and critics alike.
More recently, Levin blasted both Kelly and commentator Tucker Carlson for opposing military action against Iran.
Despite the growing media drama, Trump said Levin’s priorities—and his own—remain focused on the same goal.
Beyond Levin’s “wonderful” family, Trump wrote, the conservative firebrand cares about just one thing: “GREATNESS AND SUCCESS FOR AMERICA!”
