‘Get out of my courtroom!’ Arrogant judge snaps on IT worker helping him fix court computer issue

by

A Texas courtroom turned into a pressure cooker — and the man in the robe was the one who blew his top.

Nathan Milliron, a relatively new face on the bench in Harris County, is catching heat after a now-viral video shows him unloading on a courtroom IT worker who was simply trying to do his job.

The awkward exchange reportedly started over a technical glitch. The IT staffer — described by colleagues as reliable and well-liked — attempted to lighten the mood with a harmless quip, calling the issue a “false positive.”

That didn’t sit well.

The judge, visibly irritated, snapped back:

“No, it wasn’t a false alarm. Don’t joke around. I’m serious about this. It was happening. Get out of my courtroom!”

But the outburst didn’t end there.

Even as the worker headed for the exit, the judge kept fuming:

“Find his supervisor. Jesus Christ. I’m sick and tired of this bullshit today.”

So much for judicial temperament.

The clip spread like wildfire online, with critics blasting what they see as a classic case of authority gone to someone’s head. Social media users piled on, accusing the judge of bullying and overreacting — especially toward someone brought in to help.

One commenter summed up the frustration felt by many in the tech world:

“In IT, we deal with arrogant jerks like this guy all the time. You’re taught to keep it light and easy and deflect blame away from them. But occasionally you encounter a humorless a-hole that just wants to lash out because he knows he a technological luddite that feels stupid.”

Another user pointed out the apparent power imbalance:

“It’s not even that he’s a judge, the IT guy was trying to de-escalate the situation with humor and he went on a power trip.”

“What a toxic individual. Has no business wearing a robe. It’s a power trip for him.”

According to ABC13, Judge Milliron — who has served since January 2025 — refused to comment when approached. He also barred cameras from his courtroom as proceedings continued.

Meanwhile, court insiders painted a very different picture of the IT worker at the center of the controversy. Several judges, speaking off-camera, described him as dependable, frequently called upon to troubleshoot courtroom tech issues, and someone who “always strives to just do the job.”

A routine tech hiccup turned into a viral spectacle — and now the judge’s conduct is under the microscope. The big question:  If this is how he treats someone trying to help him… how does he treat everyone else?
