Warning: Anti-ICE activists are hunting for next martyr – CHILLING footage of organized, savage NJ riots

As anti-ICE demonstrations continue to roil Newark, New Jersey, one conservative journalist is sounding a stark warning about what he sees happening behind the scenes.

Appearing on Fox News’ “The Big Weekend Show,” independent MAGA reporter Nick Sortor described his efforts to gather intelligence from the anti-ICE crowd gathered outside Delaney Hall, the Newark detention facility that has become ground zero for weeks of immigration-related protests and counterprotests. The demonstrations have coincided with reports of a hunger strike by detainees and repeated confrontations between activists and law enforcement. Recent clashes have led to arrests, heavy police deployments, and competing narratives over who is escalating tensions.

Sortor told Fox hosts that he frequently goes undercover to observe protesters firsthand.

“Typically what I do is — because I wear disguises when I go out here — I put like a load of conditioner on my hair to look unkempt and everything so I can fit in with the rest of the degenerate crowd out here,” Sortor said.

“And I listen. That’s what I do — I listen to what they’re talking about amongst themselves. And that’s where I’m learning a lot of this information.”

According to Sortor, the people directing the demonstrations are far more sophisticated than many of the activists showing up on the front lines.

“And what I very clearly established at this point, is that there’s a lot of, let’s say — the people at the top, the ones that are organizing this — the leaders on the ground, they are not dumb people, right? They’re very, actually, very smart people. They are good at what they do.

“But they are preying on low IQ people and others that really, I guess, they don’t have any sort of convictions. They’re being told they are helping for the greater good. And so they’re basically just foot soldiers out here.”

Then came his most explosive allegation.

“The sad part is, I truly believe a lot of the individuals leading the organizational efforts, they want to sacrifice some of these people. They need another Renee Good or Alex Pretti to spur up their movement again across the country. It’s a terrifying thought, but I genuinely believe that.”

The reference was to two high-profile deaths that became rallying cries for anti-ICE activists earlier this year and fueled demonstrations in multiple cities. Those incidents remain highly controversial and continue to divide public opinion over immigration enforcement and federal law-enforcement tactics.

Sortor also claimed activists are attempting to obscure who is financing the operation. While he did not present documentary evidence, he alleged organizers are relying on encrypted communications and anonymous payment channels.

“In terms of funding, what we have discovered so far is there has been a mutual aid system set up. It is through a Signal group where they will have people send money anonymously — anonymously — into those Venmos, PayPals, whatever. And they’re trying to cloud who is funding the entire thing. They’re trying to say it’s a community effort.”

The comments arrive as Newark’s Delaney Hall facility remains a flashpoint in the national immigration debate. Protesters have accused ICE and facility operators of poor conditions, while supporters of the Trump administration argue activists are attempting to obstruct federal law enforcement carrying out lawful immigration operations. State and federal authorities have deployed significant resources to keep rival groups separated after several days of confrontations outside the facility.
