According to a report from Page Six, ABC has imposed another wave of budget reductions on The View, affecting everything from host compensation to wardrobe spending as Disney continues looking for savings across its television properties.
Sources familiar with the production told the outlet that all six current co-hosts—including Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Alyssa Farah Griffin—have experienced salary reductions since Season 29 debuted in September 2025.

Goldberg reportedly remains the show’s highest-paid personality, earning a mid-seven-figure salary, while newer co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin is said to earn in the mid-six figures after reportedly being denied a significant raise. ABC has not publicly commented on the reported compensation changes.
The budget cuts reportedly extend well beyond payroll.
One insider told Page Six the hosts have been frustrated by dramatically reduced wardrobe allowances.
“They’re all mad because they were all wearing really expensive designer clothes, and now it’s the same budget of a Wendy Williams-type show versus a marquee daytime show.”
