Hillary thinks Democrats experimenting with socialism is ‘healthy.’ What could go wrong?

Hillary Clinton apparently isn’t losing much sleep over the socialist insurgency rattling the Democratic establishment.

Speaking Monday during a conversation with the Hamptons Institute, the former secretary of state was asked about the growing battle between center-left Democrats and democratic socialists.

Clinton called what’s happening an “experiment.”

“The Democratic Party right now is, I think, going through a kind of experiment,” Clinton said during the discussion, describing the question as who can best respond to young people’s concerns about their lives and futures.

“I think that is healthy,” she added.

That’s quite a turn for the woman who spent the 2016 Democratic primary trying to stop Bernie Sanders.

Socialist candidates are now increasingly challenging — and in some cases defeating — establishment-backed Democrats, leaving the party wrestling with just how far left it wants to go.

The Republican National Committee wasn’t about to let Clinton’s choice of words go unnoticed.

“INSANE,” RNC Research wrote on X, accusing Democrats of conducting an experiment to see whether far-left socialist candidates can win over younger voters.

Jack Posobiec offered Hillary some encouragement of his own on social media:

“Run again in 2028. Do it.”

Clinton also tried turning the socialism attack back on President Donald Trump, accusing his administration of practicing “socialism for the rich” by using government power to protect and benefit wealthy allies.
