BS BULLETIN:
- Moms for Liberty has unveiled an AI system designed to monitor school-board agendas in more than 13,000 districts nationwide.
- The technology scans every 12 hours for proposals involving DEI, gender policies, curriculum and Title IX.
- Local chapters receive alerts intended to give parents roughly 72 hours to organize before votes.
Moms for Liberty is bringing artificial intelligence to the school-board wars — and this time, the computers will be reading the fine print.
The parental-rights organization announced Friday that its new system, M4L AWARE, will monitor agendas across more than 13,000 school districts, looking for controversial proposals before board members vote.
AWARE stands for Agenda Watch, Alert, Response, and Engage.
According to the organization, the technology checks agendas every 12 hours, flagging items involving diversity, equity and inclusion, gender policies, curriculum changes and Title IX.
When something triggers an alert, local chapters receive a plain-language summary and information they can share with parents.
The goal is to give families approximately 72 hours to examine proposals, register for public comment and attend meetings before decisions are made.
Moms for Liberty co-founder Tina Descovich says parents have spent years showing up at school-board meetings, but keeping up with lengthy agendas has become a challenge.
“The problem is that it’s incredibly time-consuming to sift through thousands of pages in agendas each week, and school districts count on that,” Descovich told Fox News Digital.
She also invoked the Biden administration’s handling of parental protests at school-board meetings.
“The Biden admin targeted our parents for showing up to school board meetings, but we were just getting started,” she said.
The announcement follows a Justice Department report this week criticizing the Biden-era response to alleged threats against school officials. The report said the FBI opened 25 preliminary assessments involving parents after a 2021 memorandum from Attorney General Merrick Garland.
A lot of parents went quiet. They were afraid to show up. Afraid to speak.
This week the Department of Justice confirmed what those moms lived. After Attorney General Merrick Garland’s October 4, 2021 memo, the FBI opened 25 assessments of parents. One investigation started from a tip that a mother owned a gun and belonged to a “right-wing mom’s group.” That group was Moms for Liberty.
We are celebrating 250 years of this country. We have a decision in 26 days. Forward, or back to a government that treats parents like a threat.

The Justice Department’s working group characterized that episode as an improper use of federal authority against parents.
Now Moms for Liberty is betting that AI can help families identify agenda items without spending hours searching through government paperwork.
The organization says the system covers more than 13,000 districts, although independent performance results have not yet been released.
And there’s an obvious limitation: An AI alert can only identify proposals contained in the documents it can access.
Still, the technology could change how quickly parents learn about decisions being considered in their local schools.
MY QUICK TAKE
For years, school-board controversies have featured the same complaint: Parents discover what’s happening after the decision has already been made.
Now there’s an AI tool that promises to read the paperwork before the meeting.
The interesting question isn’t whether every alert will be right. It’s whether school districts will find themselves answering more questions before they vote instead of afterward.
