Democrat Sen. Adam Schiff may soon regret poking the bear with a video message critizing Dan Bongino.
The California Democrat at the forefront of years-long attacks on President Donald Trump blasted the choice of Bongino as the new deputy FBI director, referring to the former New York City police officer and Secret Service agent as “this guy.”
“The president just appointed this guy to be his number two,” Schiff said, adding that Bongino has “zero experience” at the FBI.

“The last thing that we want is a conspiracy theorist,” Schiff continued, maligning Bongino as a proponent of the “Big Lie” that Trump won the 2020 election and being a “COVID disinformation superspreader.”
The king of the Russia hoax claimed Bongino is a “Russia denier” and claimed he would be focused on “political payback.”
While Schiff tried to sell his talking points about the FBI leadership, it seems something else was brewing over the horizon – prompting Elon Musk to ask: “Did Adam Schiff commit treason? Sounds like he did.”
