President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law revealed which conservative media personality she considers to be “unparalleled and fearless” in the world of journalism.
Lara Trump, the former co-chair of the Republican National Committee, praised former Fox News host Megyn Kelly in Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People of 2025,” referring to the 54-year-old podcast host as a “force” in media.

“In 2024, she redefined media by talking about the toughest issues and engaging audiences across the spectrum. Megyn’s sharp intellect and unwavering commitment to honest discourse have not only shaped public opinion but undoubtedly inspired a new generation of journalists,” Trump wrote in the tribute.
“She’s a trailblazer who isn’t afraid to voice where she stands on any given issue, and her impact on the media landscape is undeniable,” she continued, giving a plug for Kelly’s new business venture.
“In March, she announced the launch of a new podcast network, MK Media, highlighting other standout perspectives. As someone who values strong, independent, female voices, I couldn’t be prouder to see her recognized among the world’s most influential people,” Trump wrote. “Megyn Kelly is a force.”
On her podcast “The Right View with Lara Trump,” the president’s daughter-in-law introduced Kelly as “a legend in the conservative space.”
“You know what a long, strange trip it’s been but thank God you know, I do believe everything happens for a reason, and I feel like my evolution, my own relationship with President Trump has been weirdly like one of the most important relationships of my life,” Kelly said during the broadcast, referring to their sometimes salty encounters.
“I almost feel like my respect for the president and my admiration of him is more meaningful because he genuinely earned it,” Kelly told Lara, who is married to Eric Trump. “You know, he got me from a place of really not liking him very much to being one of his number one fans, and not because he in any way tried to woo me or tried to make me like him. Just by being who he is, being as strong as he is, as resilient as he is, as determined, as ethical, just as unflappable – all the things he’s been doing that that’s what made me a Trump fan.”
