Chicago’s mayor calls for his city to ‘rise up’ AGAINST stopping crime, incites riots

by

There’s political incompetence—and then there’s whatever is happening in Chicago under Mayor Brandon Johnson.

Let’s be clear: Chicago is a city under siege. On average, 78 people fall victim to violent crimes every single day. That’s not hyperbole—it’s a devastating reality for thousands of hardworking families trying to live in safety and dignity. Instead of seeking solutions, Johnson seems more interested in stirring unrest than restoring order. His recent suggestion that any federal assistance—particularly from a Trump administration—would be met with riots isn’t just irresponsible. It’s outrageous.

Let that sink in. A sitting mayor, faced with rampant violence, essentially threatened civil unrest if the federal government stepped in to help curb it. This isn’t leadership—it’s political theater at its most dangerous.

No wonder Democrats are hemorrhaging public support. With an approval rating stuck at just 19%, they seem utterly incapable of grasping the root cause: Americans are tired of lawlessness, tired of open borders, and tired of leaders who side with illegals over citizens.

When Lori Lightfoot was voted out, many believed Chicago had hit rock bottom. But the truth is, things can get worse—and they have. Johnson’s tenure has been a textbook example of progressive policies run amok. And it raises a far more unsettling question: how does someone with such little regard for public safety, law enforcement, and national sovereignty get elected in the first place?

It would be laughable if it weren’t so deadly serious. Black Chicagoans, in particular, suffer the consequences of this failed leadership. Statistically, they are up to 20 times more likely to be murdered than white residents. That’s not just a policy failure—it’s a humanitarian crisis. And yet, Mayor Johnson continues to gaslight his citizens while enjoying taxpayer-funded security. He lives behind guarded gates while his constituents suffer outside them.

Commentator @prophetOden1234598 put it best on X:

“When an elected mayor openly threatens unrest against a federal administration that seeks only to restore order and protect citizens, that mayor has abandoned his oath of office. By prioritizing the defense of illegal migrants over the safety and prosperity of American families, Mayor Brandon Johnson is acting not as a public servant, but as an active detriment to the very people he swore to serve.

“This is not a partisan matter. It is a matter of law, sovereignty, and accountability. When leaders like Johnson, Gavin Newsom, or the mayors of New York and Minnesota openly defy federal authority and elevate illegal protection over the American taxpayer, they are committing a betrayal of their office. Such conduct should carry severe consequences. Removal from power, criminal prosecution, and the stripping of ill-gotten privilege would send a clear message: betrayal of the American people will not be tolerated.

“For the citizens of Chicago, the reality is undeniable: every policy that diverts resources to protect illegals is a direct assault on your families, your wages, and your neighborhoods. The sooner America enforces accountability against these traitorous officials, the sooner real justice and stability can return to our cities.

A mayor who defends illegals at the expense of Americans is not a mayor—he is a traitor. And traitors must face the full weight of justice.”
