The clip, which features NSFW language, shows the moments after the man is hit with a face full of the powerful deterrent. According to the people filming the incident, the man had been trying to vandalize the memorial when someone decided enough was enough.

“The guy tried to trash the Charlie Kirk setup, and somebody let him have it,” the filmer says, clearly fed up. “This is what happens when you f*** with proud Americans. We’re gettin’ tired of it.”
