Candace Owens’ jaw-dropping claim about Trump’s ‘cursed’ peace deal and his ‘ethnic cleansing’

by

In the world of political discourse, Candace Owens is no stranger to stirring up controversy, but her recent comments on Gaza might just be her boldest—and most divisive—yet. In a fiery speech, the conservative commentator made a series of provocative statements, accusing powerful figures like Trump of plotting “ethnic cleansing” and warning the world about the “curse” that awaits anyone who steps foot in Gaza. So, what exactly did she say, and why has it caused such a stir?

Owens begins with a chilling proclamation: “This is our never again. This is a Holocaust. A Holocaust just happened.” She doesn’t mince words, claiming that the tragic events in Gaza are akin to the horrors of World War II, with the implication that those responsible are committing an unforgivable atrocity. As much as it might seem hyperbolic, Candace isn’t afraid to draw stark comparisons. To her, what’s happening in Gaza is not just a geopolitical conflict; it’s an act of mass murder that will be remembered and condemned by history.

Then, she shifts to President Trump, accusing him of seeking a Nobel Peace Prize for his role in what she describes as the planned “ethnic cleansing” of Gaza. Owens claims that Trump’s plans will allow the Israelis to profit off Palestinian land, turning it into a vacation spot—a “beach town” for the rich and powerful. If that wasn’t enough, she follows up by warning that this land, once tainted by the bloodshed and devastation, will be “cursed.”

(Peace deal comments start around 45 min mark — Owens spends a good part of her podcast talking about how she believes Charlie Kirk’s assassination was a military operation and offering point by point evidence of what she perceives as suspicious)

Yes, you read that right. Candace Owens, in her typical unapologetic style, declares that Gaza is “cursed,” and that anyone—yes, anyone—who dares to visit the land in the future will be marked by this curse. “Their children will be cursed,” she warns. She further predicts that any family who profits off or visits Gaza will face a divine reckoning. According to Owens, “Every person who steps foot on that land… will be cursed.”

Owens is effectively taking the moral high ground here, painting anyone associated with the land as complicit in the supposed evil that has occurred. It’s not just the politicians; it’s the people who visit, the people who invest, the people who, in her eyes, are turning a blind eye to the suffering of Palestinians.

At the heart of Owens’ rant is her firm belief that Gaza “belongs to nobody but the Palestinians.” In her eyes, the Israeli settlement of Gaza and any associated real estate development—including Trump-branded ventures—are nothing short of an affront to justice and history. The idea that anyone, particularly Israelis, should stake a claim to Gaza is tantamount to a “curse” in her view.

This is where Owens stands in stark opposition to the usual talking points. While many conservatives may point to security concerns or the necessity of Israeli sovereignty, Owens frames the entire situation as a moral and spiritual battle, painting the Gaza conflict in apocalyptic terms.

Is Gaza truly “cursed,” and are people who engage with the region doomed to be cursed as well? Candace Owens’ comments seem designed to provoke strong reactions, as evidenced by the widespread backlash she has faced from critics. While some conservative voices may sympathize with her condemnation of what she sees as Israeli aggression and injustice, others might consider her rhetoric extreme and irresponsible.

Is it wise to draw such clear-cut moral lines in such a complex, decades-long conflict? Is it helpful to label people who visit Gaza as “vermin” or “cursed” for potentially engaging in an act of tourism or business? For many, Owens’ remarks are less about shedding light on the tragedy of Gaza and more about using inflammatory language to push a particular agenda—something that’s all too common in today’s polarized political climate.

But for her supporters, Candace Owens is simply calling things like she sees them—unafraid to name names, point fingers, and hold people accountable for the suffering they are complicit in. For them, her boldness is not a flaw, but a virtue.

In the end, Owens’ speech—like so many of her statements—will continue to fuel debate and division. Some will applaud her bravery, while others will dismiss her as a provocateur. But one thing is certain: Candace Owens knows how to capture attention, even if it’s at the cost of ruffling a few feathers.

“And Trump wants a Nobel Peace Prize, by the way, for the planned ethnic cleansing so that they could profit on the land and turn it into a beach town.

So let me say this. This is our never again, okay? This is a Holocaust. A Holocaust just happened. A real Holocaust just happened. We will never forget this.

You need to tell your children what happened in Gaza. You need to tell them exactly who did it, exactly whose families were involved in this. And when you hear in the future, somebody tell you, like, we’re going to Gaza beach for a vacation, you need to look at them like they are the absolute vermin of our society because they are, they are.

Their children will be cursed, okay? If you go and you play in the sand where you know that your forefathers planned to mass murder children, you will be cursed. Every person who steps foot on that, every family that is set to inherit what they did, they will be cursed. Your children’s children will be cursed.

Gaza belongs to nobody but the Palestinians. So when you begin to move the Israelis in there, and when the Trump Hotel gets built on there, I caution the rest of the world to stay far away from that cursed land because something is coming. And you can’t commit that much evil in broad daylight and not think it’s going to come back to haunt you.”

  1. I think she’s lost her mind……where is the “real” Candace and who took her? Please bring back the common sense, good natured, Trump loving girl we miss so much and take away this loudmouth, nonsensical woman they left in her place.

  2. Really no different than the Christian Zionists citing Genesis 12:3 about blessings and curses.

I don’t think I’d jump into anyone who visits there being cursed but I would agree that what has taken place in Gaza is genocide and that the nation of Israel continues to overstep and murder people/steal land just like it has since the official 1948 statehood movement.

Zionism is a political movement and it is a disaster. Christian churches have destroyed the church and many of those who were evangelized in other countries.

Stop excusing Israel. It is old covenant. Today salvation is only through Jesus. That was the promise to Abraham. The gift is open to all – Jew and Greek/Male and Female/ everyone! Drop the judeo-christian myth. Read the NT and find out about the New Covenant and then embrace it.
