President Donald J. Trump made headlines around the world Tuesday morning for brokering what many are calling one of the most significant diplomatic victories in the Middle East in decades. Time Magazine, a publication rarely known for giving Trump his due, begrudgingly acknowledged the president’s successful Israel-Hamas peace deal with a cover story headlined “His Triumph.”
But despite the rare moment of positive coverage, President Trump wasn’t entirely pleased—especially with the magazine’s choice of cover photo. Taking to his platform Truth Social, Trump criticized the image used on the front page, saying it was “the Worst of All Time.”
“Time Magazine wrote a relatively good story about me, but the picture may be the Worst of All Time,” Trump posted. “They ‘disappeared’ my hair, and then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but an extremely small one. Really weird! I never liked taking pictures from underneath angles, but this is a super bad picture, and deserves to be called out. What are they doing, and why?”
Indeed, the image shows Trump backlit by a halo of sunlight, gazing upward—perhaps intended to evoke reverence or even messianic symbolism. However, the stylized lighting and awkward angle seemed to overshadow the moment, prompting many conservatives to wonder aloud: was this just another example of the mainstream media trying to undercut Trump’s accomplishments, even when they can’t ignore them?

Let’s not lose sight of the bigger picture. The president’s direct, no-nonsense negotiating style—long mocked by career diplomats—has once again produced real results. Under President Biden, the region saw instability, weak deterrence, and unchecked Iranian influence. In contrast, Trump has managed to do what previous administrations—Democrat and Republican—have failed to achieve for decades: a sustainable ceasefire and a hostage release deal that satisfies both Israeli and Palestinian demands.
For many conservatives, the irony is rich. The same liberal media outlets that spent years deriding Trump’s foreign policy as reckless are now forced to reckon with its effectiveness. From the historic Abraham Accords during his first term to this latest Gaza breakthrough, Trump has repeatedly shown that peace through strength is more than just a slogan—it’s a strategy that works.
President Trump continues to deliver results that matter on the world stage. Whether Time Magazine likes it or not, history may look back at this moment—and this man—as a true peacemaker in a region too long torn by conflict.
And if they “disappear his hair” again? Well, we’ll still take that over disappearing America’s credibility on the world stage—something Trump has clearly restored.
