When James Woods, the razor-sharp, talented actor who can deliver a punchline sharper than a diamond-tipped chisel, posts something on X, America listens. Woods—who has more acting range in one eyebrow than most Hollywood elites have in their entire careers— dropped a post blasting Rep. Ilhan Omar, the congresswoman who somehow manages to insult Americans while cashing their paychecks. He didn’t need to say much.

The clip of Omar might be her most brazen rant against the American people yet. And in classic Woods fashion, he doesn’t tiptoe—he barges through the door like a man allergic to political correctness.

His caption? A scorcher.

Say what you want about Woods, but no one—and I mean no one—delivers political commentary with this level of lethal accuracy and comedic timing.

In the clip Woods shared, Omar unloads on Americans with the grace of someone who apparently forgot who employs her:

“These people are just idiots. I really, you know, I’m at the point where it’s become really hard to have an intellectual debate with any of these people because the level of stupidity that they are displaying every single day is frankly embarrassing, not just in Congress, but as Americans. And the fact that these people are allowed to say just the most ridiculous things tells you that the dumbing of the United States has arrived because how else do we get a Trump presidency again?”

Imagine insulting the very nation that rescued you from a refugee camp, welcomed you with open arms, and put you in Congress. No wonder Trump wants to “deprt” her! (Her spelling, not ours.)

The nickname Woods uses—“Brother Humper”—is a reference to long-running, widely circulated allegations that Omar once married her own brother as part of an immigration arrangement. Important note: these claims have been repeated in political circles for years, investigated by journalists, and fiercely denied by Omar. While definitive proof one way or another has never been produced, the controversy has lingered because of irregularities in documents and timelines.

In true Woods fashion, he cuts through the fog with a joke sharper than a guillotine.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump, speaking with his signature bluntness, didn’t hold back in his own remarks on Omar, Minnesota, and the broader issues surrounding migration:

“I wouldn’t be proud to have the largest Somalian — look at their nation. Look how bad their nation is. It’s not even a nation. It’s just people walking around killing each other.”

“Look, these Somalians have taken billions of dollars out of country. They have taken billions and billions of dollars. They have a representative, Ilhan Omar, who they say married her brother, that’s a fraud, she tries to deny it now, but you can’t really deny it because, you know, it just happened.”

“She shouldn’t be allowed to be a congresswoman, and I’m sure people are looking at that. And she should be thrown the hell out of our country.”

He continued laying into Minnesota’s leadership and the consequences of failed immigration policies:

“And most of those people — they have destroyed Minnesota, okay? Minnesota, you have an incompetent governor, you have a crooked governor, he’s crooked as hell but he’s incompetent. [Gov. Tim] Walz is — he should be ashamed. That beautiful land, that beautiful state. It’s a hellhole right now.”

“And the Somalians should be out of here. They have destroyed our country. And all they do is complain, complain, complain.”

“Go back to your own country and figure out your constitution. All she does is complain about this country, and without this country, she would not be in very good shape. She probably wouldn’t be alive right now.”

“So Somalia is considered by many to be the worst country on Earth.… What the Somalian people have done to Minnesota is not even believable.”

He wrapped with a call for immigration rooted in loyalty, not hatred:

“You have to have people come in that are going to love our country, cherish our country.… And she’s a disaster.… They shouldn’t even be allowed to be congresspeople because they don’t represent the interests of our country.”

While Omar takes aim at the American people, Woods takes aim at hypocrisy—and he never misses.

If Hollywood had 100 more James Woodses, maybe it wouldn’t be bleeding audiences faster than Omar bleeds patience for her own constituents.
