In what may become the most spectacular right-on-right legal brawl of the year, conservative firebrand Benny Johnson appears ready to drag professional provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos into court—after Milo lobbed a series of wild, reputation-torching accusations about Johnson’s family life and alleged behavior at political conferences.
Johnson, a father of three whose clean-cut “family man” persona has long irritated the online left, didn’t mince words in a scorching Sunday post on X.
“I am duty bound to take action to protect my family against those who maliciously defame and attack us. More to come on that soon,” he announced to his four million followers—before urging them to “pray for healing for some really sick and delusional people. Jesus is about redemption. The legal system is about justice.”

Names weren’t mentioned. But it didn’t take a Washington insider to figure out who Johnson had in his sights—especially after his wife Kate stepped in hours earlier, declaring that Milo “needs prayer. And a good attorney.”
The drama erupted just 48 hours after Yiannopoulos went on Tim Pool’s podcast and unloaded a dumpster full of insinuations about Johnson’s sexuality, supposedly well-known secrets, and alleged hotel-room behavior at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit.
“Benny Johnson posts pictures of his children every two days, it’s weird. And everybody knows what went on with Benny Johnson in those lobbies and in those hotel rooms at SAS,” Milo claimed, insisting, “Everybody knows.”
When George Santos—yes, that George Santos—said he had no idea what Milo was talking about, Yiannopoulos doubled down with a flourish fit for a soap opera villain.
“Men, younger men. Not underage, at least I don’t know that. His wife was crying drunk in the lobby three SASs in a row, about how her husband was upstairs with boys!” Santos, stunned, replied simply: “Come on.”
Milo shot back: “Go ask her!”
Then came the moment every lawyer dreams of hearing from a potential defendant: “Milo, aren’t you ever scared of getting sued?” Santos asked.
Yiannopoulos breezily dismissed the concern, declaring he isn’t worried because he is “right” and always has his facts straight.
By Sunday night, Milo had shifted into full pre-litigation theater, responding directly to the Johnsons with his signature cocktail of arrogance and bravado.
“I know more about defamation than any lawyer you will hire,” he wrote in a lengthy X post. “Benny is a public figure. Malice is a nonstarter. I have receipts, and the truth is a total defense against any claim of defamation or libel. Do you want to lose a defamation case to MILO YIANNOPOULOS OF ALL PEOPLE about whether or not you are gay?”
Holy sh*t!
Milo just went scorched earth on Timcast IRL talking about the right-wing closeted Gay epidemic.
