In a decisive 8–1 ruling, the Supreme Court knocked down Colorado’s ban on conversion therapy. Standing alone? Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson — isolated not just from conservatives, but from her own ideological allies. Yes, even Justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor declined to join her position.
That didn’t stop the applause machine from firing up.
Enter Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who rushed to social media to heap praise on Jackson, declaring she “had to be 10 times better than most” to reach the high court — and is still out there “flex[ing] her brilliance in oral arguments.”
But the real spectacle? That came courtesy of filmmaker Christine Pelosi, daughter of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Pelosi breathlessly shared what she claimed was a courtroom sketch depicting Jackson delivering a dramatic, face-to-face legal takedown of President Donald Trump. She gushed over the image as a “masterpiece” and even thanked the sketch artist for capturing the supposed moment of judicial dominance.
There’s just one problem: it never happened.
Not even close.
The internet quickly stepped in where basic fact-checking failed. A Community Note slapped onto the post made it crystal clear:
“This is not an authentic Supreme Court sketch; real sketches from the hearing depict the Solicitor General or ACLU lawyer at the podium, not Justice Jackson.”
In other words, the viral image wasn’t just misleading — it was pure fiction.
Still, Pelosi seemed determined to believe. The fantasy was simply too good to give up: Jackson, the heroic jurist, verbally dismantling Trump in a cinematic courtroom clash that exists nowhere but in the progressive imagination.
And curiously, the post stayed up.
Maybe that’s the point. In today’s outrage economy, facts are optional — but vibes are everything. If the story feels true, who cares if it actually is?
Call it “fake but accurate,” the media-era cousin of wishful thinking.
Because when your side loses 8–1 — and even your ideological allies won’t stand with you — sometimes the only victory left is the one you invent.

The sketch artist should be made to take it down and prosecuted for distributing fake news. This has got to stop everything you read these days you don’t know if it’s true or false. It should be made illegal and heavily prosecuted. I don’t understand why nothing has been done to stop it.
Crockett, was out there talking of Jackson showing her brilliance, because she had to be ten times better then others to make that court. Talk of Fn stupid BS!
Does this race card carrying, phony, ghetto talking clown think that everyone is as dumb as the idiots that voted her in?
I am so tired of the lowered standards that has taken over our congress. A whole mass of useless, dumb, ignorant, Fn trash are now residing in congress, making millions for themselves, as they try and tell us 2+2=34!
Congress is now, officially, a Fn joke! You don’t need brains, or merit, just be a Fn loser and you fit right in!
