Iran reveals giant mural of US president dead in a coffin: ‘We kill Trump’

by

BS BRIEF:

• A massive new mural unveiled in Tehran’s Enghelab Square depicts President Donald Trump lying in a coffin beneath the words “We kill Trump,” marking one of the most explicit public threats yet displayed by the Iranian regime.

• The display comes just days after crowds at funeral ceremonies for former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei were filmed carrying signs threatening Trump and chanting anti-American slogans while Iranian officials vowed revenge.

• President Trump recently said Iran considers him its “number one target” and revealed he has already left instructions for overwhelming retaliation should Tehran ever succeed in carrying out an assassination plot.

The Iranian regime is once again showing the world exactly who it is.

The enormous display was erected in Tehran’s Enghelab Square, one of the most prominent public locations in the Iranian capital. Images published by Iranian and international media show President Donald Trump portrayed inside a coffin draped with the American flag while the threatening slogan looms overhead.

The mural appeared amid one of the most volatile periods in U.S.-Iran relations in years. Tensions have remained elevated following the death of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei during the 2026 conflict and subsequent military confrontations involving the United States, Israel, and Iranian-backed forces throughout the region.

The display follows a pattern. Just days ago, crowds gathered at Khamenei’s funeral carrying banners threatening Trump and calling for revenge. Demonstrators openly chanted for the deaths of American and Israeli leaders while state-controlled media amplified the rhetoric. One banner displayed during the funeral procession carried the same chilling message: “WE WILL KILL TRUMP.”

Meanwhile, reports from foreign media have described additional Iranian publications circulating lists of foreign leaders allegedly targeted for retaliation, with Trump prominently featured among them.

Trump himself has acknowledged the ongoing threat. “Now they have another set of leaders. They may be gone. Who knows? And you know what? I may be gone too, because I’m their number one target,” Trump recently told reporters.

“It’s out all over the place. I’m their number one because they’re scum. That’s the way they act, and that’s the way they’ve done it for 47 years.”

The president has previously stated that if Iran were ever successful in assassinating him, the United States would respond with devastating force. According to recent reporting, Trump said he has already left instructions for retaliation “at levels never seen before.”

The latest mural is certain to fuel additional scrutiny of Iran’s intentions at a time when administration officials continue to describe the regime as one of the world’s leading state sponsors of terrorism.

Critics of Tehran argue that the contradiction has become impossible to ignore. Iranian officials frequently insist they seek stability and peace while state-linked institutions permit public displays glorifying violence against foreign leaders.

Supporters of a harder American line toward Iran point to images like the coffin mural as evidence that the regime’s priorities have not changed despite leadership transitions and diplomatic overtures.

For them, the billboard isn’t propaganda. It’s a confession.
