In a monumental shift, the Department of Justice, under the leadership of President Trump’s appointed Attorney General Pam Bondi, has signaled a bold new approach to the long-stalled Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche has reached out to Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s convicted accomplice, to gauge her willingness to finally cooperate with prosecutors and expose the truth.
Blanche confirmed Tuesday that, with Bondi at the helm, the DOJ is now wide open to hearing what Maxwell might reveal about the shadowy, uncharged individuals who enabled Epstein’s heinous criminal enterprise.
“This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead,” Blanche declared on X Tuesday, a stark contrast to the previous administrations that seemed content to sweep this depravity under the rug.
Yet, Blanche also pointed to the controversial July 6 joint statement from the DOJ and FBI, which bafflingly concluded that a “thorough review” of FBI files found “no new evidence” to charge additional parties in the Epstein case. This statement, widely criticized by those seeking real justice, now appears to be a relic of a bygone era of inaction.
“Namely, that in the recent thorough review of the files maintained by the FBI in the Epstein case, no evidence was uncovered that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties,” Blanche reiterated, a statement that left many wondering if the “review” was truly thorough, or if powerful forces were at play.
That deeply problematic memo, signed by FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino – two men known for their commitment to truth – sparked immediate outrage. Why? Because President Donald Trump, Attorney General Bondi, and other FBI leaders had repeatedly vowed to release ALL documents related to Epstein, a promise that memo seemed to contradict.
Sources close to the matter told Fox News that even Bongino, despite signing the memo, privately expressed his discomfort with its findings after the public backlash. It seems even those within the system knew something wasn’t right.
This new, aggressive outreach to Maxwell is driven by the hope that Epstein’s convicted accomplice will finally spill the beans and provide crucial information about anyone else who committed crimes against innocent victims. The swamp is about to get a lot less comfortable!
“President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence…” Blanche wrote, making it crystal clear where the directive for this renewed push originated. “Therefore, at the direction of Attorney General Bondi, I have communicated with counsel for Ms. Maxwell to determine whether she would be willing to speak with prosecutors from the Department.” This is leadership in action!
Shockingly, Blanche revealed that this marks the FIRST time any administration has ever approached Maxwell’s legal team with an inquiry into potential cooperation. Let that sink in. For years, the powerful were protected, but no more!
“That changes now,” Blanche declared, a powerful statement echoing the sentiment of millions of Americans who demand justice.
Blanche anticipates a face-to-face meeting with Ms. Maxwell in the coming days, a meeting that could blow the lid off this entire sordid affair.
David Oscar Markus, Maxwell’s attorney, confirmed to Fox News that discussions are indeed underway, stating that Ghislaine “will always testify truthfully.” The American people will be watching closely to see if that promise holds true.
“We are grateful to President Trump for his commitment to uncovering the truth in this case,” Markus added, a rare acknowledgment from the legal world of the President’s unwavering dedication to justice.
FBI Director Kash Patel, a man who understands the deep state’s machinations, responded succinctly to Blanche’s statement on X Tuesday: “Get it.” A clear signal of support for this crucial new direction.
Maxwell was rightfully convicted in 2021 for her monstrous role in helping Epstein traffic innocent teen girls, receiving a 20-year prison sentence. She has since appealed her case to the U.S. Supreme Court, a move many see as a desperate attempt to escape accountability.
According to the testimony of prosecutors and survivors, Maxwell was a key architect of Epstein’s depraved network, actively recruiting and grooming underage girls, arranging their travel and housing, and facilitating their abuse at Epstein’s various properties.
Victims recounted how Maxwell, masquerading as a trusted adult figure, ruthlessly manipulated and coerced them into horrific sexual encounters with Epstein and his powerful associates.
In a move that wasn’t a big shock to many, former Jeffrey Epstein lawyer Alan Dershowitz, a figure often seen defending the indefensible, brazenly called for the release of Ghislaine Maxwell on Thursday. Dershowitz audaciously argued that Maxwell’s sentence for child sex trafficking was “not at all appropriate.”
When Real America’s Voice host Eric Bolling pressed him, asking, “Should Ghislaine Maxwell be behind bars?” Dershowitz offered a response that left some scratching their heads:
“She shouldn’t be, but she is. She is really serving Jeffrey Epstein’s sentence. After he committed suicide, there was no one else to prosecute ’cause there was no real information against anybody else and so they went after her and they sentenced her to the sentence that would have been appropriate for Epstein, but not at all appropriate for her, and so she’s appealing now and I hope the appeal will be granted. She deserves to be out.”
This outrageous claim stands in stark contrast to the Department of Justice’s own findings, which clearly state Maxwell “assisted, facilitated, and participated in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom, and ultimately abuse victims” – some as young as 14 years old.
The DOJ further detailed Maxwell’s depraved methods, including grooming underage girls with shopping trips and cinema outings, and being “present for certain sexual encounters between minor victims and Epstein,” even facilitating horrific nude “sexualized massages.”
And there lies the conundrum, if Maxwell was convicted of grooming these girls for the pleasure of men, basic logic says, there must be men. You can’t have it both ways.
Adding to the controversy, Dershowitz himself admitted to receiving a “therapeutic massage” at Epstein’s notorious home, though he bizarrely insisted it was conducted by “an old Russian.”
“I kept my underwear on during the massage,” he famously claimed in a 2019 interview, a detail many found suspicious. In another account, he recalled, “I’ve had very, very few massages in my life. One at Jeffrey Epstein’s house by a middle-aged woman who gave me a shoulder and neck massage, which I hated. I called up my wife and complained about it immediately.” His shifting narratives only raise more questions.
Despite his denials, Dershowitz’s name appeared multiple times on Epstein’s infamous flight logs between 1998 and 2005. He was also directly accused by brave survivor Virginia Giuffre of being “a participant in sex trafficking,” though she later dropped her lawsuit and issued a statement claiming she “may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz.” The full truth of these connections remains a critical piece of the puzzle that President Trump’s DOJ is now supposedly committed to solving.

Didn’t Biden have all these files for entire four years? Now radical left suddenly wants the truth?
The key is there proof that the “victims” were minors at the time. Dershowitz was Epsteins attorney so it’s logical that his name will appear in many places.
Your article does not mention Clinton who met and flew with Epstein many times including the island. Doug Band Clinton’s former right hand man wrote about that. I have many photos of Clinton with Epstein and “the girls” yet you leave him out .Why ?
It is my opinion that if there was anything damaging on President Trump, the Left would have been charging at the door to discredit him. They may wish they hadn’t try to push this at this time. I, personally, hope it will backfire on them big time.
Epstein was working for Israel’s intelligence, and very possibly the CIA too. Maxwell’s father was an agent for Israel’s intelligence agency.
This is how to explain Epstein getting a teaching job, with no credentials. Then was hired from a trading company, with no credentials. Then became a partner within 3 or 4 years. His huge fortune cannot, or hasn’t been accounted for.
This guy got caught with young girls, and ended up with ( I believe) three years, but he could leave his jail for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week! Who in hell gets that? And, all the people involved with him got amnesty from any criminal proceedings! WTF! Asked why he got off so easy, the district attorney said he was told to do this because Epstein was connected to intelligence! This whole this stinks! No names, yet Maxwell is in jail for grooming young women for who? They weren’t just for Epstein! No names anywhere? No videos of anyone? As old senile Joe would say … “Come on man!”
Where was our “curious ‘mainstream’ media” DEMANDING to know why Biden and Schmuck Schumer (and the rest of the Democrats in Congress) for FOUR YEARS?
Oh, that’s right…
The Democrats were busy trying to continue the (discredited) Trump/Russia collusion hoax (with their willing accomplices: the [so-called] “mainstream” media)!
Nothing will come of this…mark my words! Maxwell will be suicided (“Hillarized”) before it gets to the point when she meets with the DOJ.
